When you're in the mood for a low-calorie, peanut buttery snack or dessert, whip up a peanut butter latte!
I use a dual-purpose Breville milk frother, which heats and froths. However, if you don't want to spend $100+ on a milk frother or don't have the storage space for such an appliance, you could heat the milk on the stove or nuke it, and then use a whisk or an affordable MatchaDNA handheld frother.
Assuming you're a fellow specialty-appliance-loving yuppie using a dual-purpose frother, add the milk first and turn on the frother. Then slowly sprinkle in the powdered peanut butter, cinnamon, and stevia. Once the milk mixture is warm and frothy (the frother will beep), transfer the mixture to a 16oz mug and stir in the flaxmeal. Some of the flaxmeal will sink to the bottom, so stir occasionally while you sip to keep the flaxmeal suspended.
For 200 calories (or less if you skip the flaxmeal), you will have a delicious snack to satisfy your nutty sweet tooth.
